Nathan Parnham (BExSc., Dip.Ed., MExSc)

Nathan has been a strength and conditioning coach for over 13 years. He has worked with athletes from a variety of sports at jr, amateur, and professional levels. Nathan in some capacity has coached several current A-League (Football), NRL (Rugby League), WTA (Tennis), and professional combat sport athletes. Throughout his time as a strength and conditioning coach Nathan has been the head of department at Westfield Sports High, Newington College, and North Sydney Bears RLFC. Nathan brings an impressive range of qualifications to the industry from a L2 Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) certification to a Masters in Strength and Conditioning (Edith Cowan University) to name a couple. His coaching style is direct, prescriptive, specific, and up to date with current research and effective trends within the industry. This is not only a chosen profession for Nathan but a way of life. 


Glen Pilcher (BPhysEd.,BEd)

Glen has been a strength and conditioning coach involved in athletic performance for over a decade. This experience has seen him with the NSW Waratah Rugby Union Academy, to Sydney University Rugby Union Club, the head of Randwick Rugby Union Club, and more recently Newington College. Glen has also been fortunate to have worked with other state/national/and representative athletes in a variety of individual sports. He holds an array of industry qualifications from an undergraduate degree since 1998, to L1 Olympic and Power Lifting Coach. Glen adopts a philosophy that fitness/stamina are for everybody! By combining both his experience in athletic performance and working with the general population, he is able to provide realistic/challenging/result based sessions that are most importantly FUN!
